Listing Coordination
- Complete listing agreement and all corresponding documents as per agent’s specified terms and send to seller(s) for signature(s) using Docusign, DotLoop, or service of their choosing
- Send a copy of the seller’s property disclosure, dual input form, community association disclosure and lead-based paint exhibit for completion
- Send email to seller(s) introducing ourselves and that we work on agent’s team
- Order a Seller’s Home Warranty if applicable
Listing Coordination
- Review documents for completeness (signatures, all questions answered/boxes checked, etc.)
- Send Agent notice of incompleteness
- Input into FMLS and GA MLS
- Upload Photos and order appropriately
- Upload all documents to FMLS and GA MLS
- Set up ShowingTime for showing notifications to agent and/or seller(s)
- Assign VoicePad extension or other similar service if applicable
- Assign lockbox to Supra
- Upload all documents to agent’s company paperless system
- Add Open Houses to FMLS and GA MLS as well as all applicable websites
- Handle Price Changes in FMLS and GA MLS
- Input to or Review in Realtor.com
- Claim or Review your property on Zillow
- Claim or Review your property on Trulia
- Review on Realtor.com for completeness
- Design a professional color one page flyer if desired
- One (1) Post to Agent’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter as requested
- Order a Seller’s Home Warranty if applicable
